working air conlack of luggage storage
the staff were cute. the air con in my room worked fine.
I had trouble fitting my luggage in. it did not have a place for luggage storage. The bags just sat in the reception area for anyone to see.

The location was great. A metro station was about three minutes away. The staff members were friendly and helpful. They spoke excellent english.
The room was small. The bathroom was also very small. The room was not sound proof. Everything outside could be heard. The tv had limited channels.

the location was quite convenient for accessing nearby attractions, i found it easy to walk to several points of interest. the staff were friendly and helpful , they provided useful information. my room included a modern bathroom, it was a nice feature.
The soundproofing was not very effective. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms, it was distracting. the breakfast service seemed understaffed, there were delays at times. my room was rather small, it felt a bit cramped.
